Cancellation window

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. Email support@lilaclove.in with your order ID.

After dispatch

Orders can't be cancelled once dispatched. As all sales are final, returns aren't accepted. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
